An extremely large, translucent, reddish-brown dodecahedral Almandine Garnet crystal in contrasting Mica Schist. It’s a striking crystal that seems too symmetrical to be natural. There’s a small nick on one edge but it doesn’t detract at all from the impressiveness of the sheer size (almost 4 cm) and sharpness of the crystal.
