A very unique and beautiful piece featuring a large Amethyst crystal with several smaller Amethyst crystals in parallel-to-slightly divergent orientation protruding off a plate of Amethyst crystals on blue Chalcedony (easily seen on the cross-section layering). The focal Amethyst cluster is lustrous, transparent and colorless with purple zoning before the terminal faces. A great piece with great symmetry and in excellent condition.
