A beautiful, cabinet sized specimen of lustrous, transparent, blue tapered Barite crystals. Set these amazing crystals on a dark brown Gossan matrix and now the contrast and presentation is just incredible. One of the many features that makes these crystals so fascinating is the parallel growth of crystal clusters, with each cluster seemingly choosing it’s own path independent of the others. The visual is stunning and these pieces are in high demand. Because of their beautiful, thin and delicate crystals, it is very difficult to find a piece without distracting contact and damage. I can confidently say this is one of those pieces that is in excellent condition.
