A rare, large piece featuring numerous lustrous, black Biotite crystal clusters on Honey Calcite. The rhombic cleavage can be seen along the length of the honey Calcite, and in addition to all of the Biotite crystal clusters there is a complete Biotite “book” crystal (“book” referring many pages/sheets of Biotite Mica) on top of the honey Calcite. Fantastic color contrast and symmetry – in excellent condition.
