A large and highly aesthetic piece featuring a “flower”-like cluster of radiating scalenohedral Calcite crystals perfectly positioned on a plate of lustrous, deep-purple Amethyst crystals. The Calcite crystals are soft-white with a pearly luster and formed well after the Amethyst had formed and crystallized. Amazing contrast and balance – a beautiful piece in excellent condition.
