Most of the Hematite included Quartz I see these days is such a dense red that it appears opaque. That’s why this piece really stood out to me because of the subtleness of the Hematite inclusions. The Quartz crystals are clear to milky white, highly translucent and with a luster so vitreous they appear wet. Then along the edges and at the very tip of the terminations there are light inclusions of Hematite. Again, I love the subtle contrast. A very aesthetic piece in great condition.
