There’s been a lot of Red Quartz coming out of Morocco lately, but most pieces have minor dings and such, so I was able, after much perusing, find a few pieces that were quite stunning, balanced and undamaged. This is one of them. I’m particularly drawn to the small, cactus-like crystal growth perpendicular to the main crystal – a very unique feature (see the closeup pic). Perfect terminations, rich color and balance – beautiful piece.
