As you may have guessed (or read) I’m not a fan of unnatural alterations to mineral specimens. Then why am I selling irradiated quartz? Simply because some people really like the look and the fact that the crystal formation is all natural with no alterations. This particularly huge natural crystal of Quartz and its two secondary crystals are perfectly terminated. Quartz of course is common, but not a naturally pristine termination on a crystal of this size – this thing is perfect and again, it is a massive, complete and natural crystal. Whether irradiated or not, this is an amazing crystal!
