A nice contrasting piece featuring numerous lustrous, sherry-colored Topaz crystals on a matrix of white Albite crystals with several thin-bladed translucent Muscovite crystals. The large focal Topaz crystal to the right of the specimen is sharp, transparent and lustrous, and another Topaz crystal on the back is doubly terminated with a small nick. Most of the others have been sheared due to extraction and trimming. A nice reference piece. One wonders how many other Topaz crystals are still within the matrix unseen.
