We carefully and securely pack each specimen and insure each shipment for the full sale price of the items.
We use USPS Priority Mail or UPS within the United States. For express shipping, please contact us – your shipping cost will be the difference between regular and express shipping.
*For international shipping please contact us for details – we will go over shipping and insurance options as well as provide reliable estimates for import duties and taxes that may be due upon delivery of your specimens. (Please note: “Free Shipping” does NOT apply to international shipping. We will acquire shipping and insurance costs and reduce those costs by the amount that would reasonably apply to domestic shipping.)
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the item for a full refund (minus the original shipping cost) within 7 days of receiving the item. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. However, if the item is damaged upon delivery to you, then the full purchase price, including shipping, will be refunded. In this case, whether the item is returned to the seller or not will depend on a number of factors, and will be decided during a discussion by both parties.
